Truth

As an educator, I am often confronted with the question of truth. What is truth? Is truth just random thoughts and rants and raves of the many? Or, is truth something very different? Is truth that which possesses real traits and real characteristics or is it merely something random that means little and is easily manipulated? Jesus said that He was the truth. Until someone can prove to me that Jesus is not truth I will continue to take Him for His word. Truth is not a concept or an opinion; instead, it is God incarnate who came to live in our midst. Jesus is truth because, pragmatically, no one has yet proven that He is not!
